After 3 wonderful seasons in Vieques,  we are sad to say that we will not be back for a fourth.  Kelly and I have decided to stay closer to our families here in New England and have moved our restaurant operations to the historic town of Sturbridge, Massachusetts.

We thank you, our Vieques friends for your support over the years.

Great service, low key, simple, but delicious food. Highly recommend eating at veritas. The simple salad with your choice of fresh fish is delicious, calamari app was nice. Well priced, nice space, good vibes and great eats! Don’t miss this one!

“Very good food, lovely outdoor setting”

We’ve eaten in Veritas twice in the last week during our stay in Vieques-once with our 8 young adult kids and partners, and tonight just the 2 of us. The food has been excellent both times-everything from a very fine grilled “Simple Salad” with Ahi tuna (a delicious meal) to the Caribbean mac and cheese-pretty fabulous. Everything is fresh and perfectly prepared, and the prices are not crazy. A high recommendation, and an excellent addition to Vieques.

“Managed Without a Reservation!”

Somehow we mixed up a reservation at another restaurant…long story, so we ended up at Veritas without a reservation. They had room for us, and we’re glad we did. The food was good and tasty, with plenty of it. They had on handle a bottle of our favorite Pinot Grigio, which was chilled perfectly. The seating could have been a tad more comfortable…the bench my partner was sat on was a bit too high for the height of the table. Other than that, another great meal on Vieques!

Beach Picnic Lunch

Order before 8:30pm day prior so we may have your lunch made fresh and delivered to you between 9:00am and 10:30am ready for the beach packed in a thermal beach bag
